INTRODUCTION & WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

 Thank you for your interest in a driving career with Clutch Logistics Group.

Before moving forward to our full onboarding process, we ask all applicants to complete this brief Driver Pre-Qualification Form (below).

This helps us confirm minimum requirements and ensure we are a good mutual fit before advancing to the next steps.

 To complete this form, please have the following information ready:

  • Social Security Number

  • Home address history (past 3 years)

  • Current driver’s license number + license history (past 3 years)

  • Employment history (up to 10 years)

  • History of traffic accidents, violations, and/or convictions within the last 3 years including DUI, reckless driving, and any license suspensions

To be considered for driving opportunities with Clutch Logistics Group, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be 24 years of age or older

  • Must meet all DOT requirements and qualifications

  • Must hold a valid TWIC Card

  • Must have 3+ years of delivery experience involving cargo securement

  • 2 speeding tickets and 1 accident in the past 12 months automatically disqualifies you for employment.

This process allows us to quickly identify qualified drivers, streamline onboarding, and avoid unnecessary time spent on applicants who do not meet Clutch’s standards.

If you meet our criteria, our team will contact you for the next step in the onboarding process, which may include:

  • Full application

  • Safety review

  • MVR pull

  • Background/ drug screening

  • Orientation scheduling

 

 Truck Types we offer:

 Pickup Trucks

  • Standard Pickup (6–8 ft bed)
    • Capacity: 1,500 lbs
    • Fits 2 standard 48x48 pallets

  • Pickup w/ Pipe Rack (6–8 ft bed)
    • Rack Capacity: Up to 21 ft length
    • Weight Capacity: 1,000 lbs on rack (1,500 lbs total truck capacity)

Sprinter / Cargo Vans

  • Sprinter Van
    • Capacity: 2,500 lbs
    • Ideal for expedited, hot-shot, and time-sensitive freight

Stakebeds

  • Small Stakebed (8–12 ft)
    • Capacity: 3,500 lbs
    • Fits 4–6 pallets

  • Large Stakebed (14–24 ft)
    • Capacity: 10,000 lbs
    • Fits 8–12 pallets

Flatbeds & Trailers

  • Mini-Float (40 ft)
    • Capacity: 15,000 lbs
    • Fits up to 20 pallets

  • Flatbed Tractor Trailer (48 ft)
    • Capacity: 45,000 lbs
    • Fits up to 24 pallets

  • 53 ft Dry Van
    • Fits up to 26 pallets
